Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Delivery Scope: Our delivery service requires the location to be directly accessible by truck and equipped with elevator access. An additional handling fee will be charged for deliveries that require stairway transportation, such as to village houses or villas without direct elevator access.

Important Order Policies

• International Shipping: All Christmas trees are imported from the United States and Poland. In the event of shipment delays due to force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, industrial strikes, or trade disputes), customers are not entitled to cancel their orders based on these grounds.

• Characteristics of Natural Products: Our products are natural plants. Each Christmas tree possesses unique variations in color, shape, and size, which are inherent characteristics. Therefore, returns or exchanges based on these natural variations are not accepted.

• Order Confirmation & Payment: Full payment is required to confirm an order. Once payment is confirmed, orders and payments are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

• Final Interpretation Rights: All product images are for reference only. Our company reserves the final right of interpretation and the right to amend any terms.
